Baytul Hayaa will not accept any returns unless the item is defective. Exchanges have to be done within 15days of purchase, and can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If item needs to be shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping cost incurred to return the item/s and have the new items shipped.
